I work at the intersection of strategy, story telling, and systems change to help organisations lead with depth, relevance, and impact.

I think of my work as being a mirror and a match: A mirror to reflect what’s real. A match to spark the clarity, narrative, or redesign that moves you forward.

My approach is grounded in depth, quality, and care, with a strong lean toward creativity and action—trying things out quickly, iterating pragmatically, and always holding space for what’s human.

I’ve led national CX transformations, designed award-winning services, advised on digital strategy for global brands, and built new product teams from the ground up. I bring:

  • Two decades of leadership across strategy, design, research, and transformation

  • Experience with brands like Atlassian, Accenture, Qantas, Red Cross, and more

  • Multiple national industry awards including three Good Design Australia Awards

  • Ambassador for Good Design Australia, Member Industry Advisory Board for Master of Design Innovation and Technology at RMIT University

  • A PhD in social behavioural science—and a deep belief in human-centred systems
